Unfriendliness is apparently normal towards Asians or at least English ... Your bakery presented itself and Traunstein to our visit from England extremely unfriendly. It's a shame, as a long-standing customer, we of course went to Miedl for breakfast with 5 people, as always. A mistake. Your saleswoman was so unfriendly, in a bad mood and ignored an order several times that I decided to skip breakfast myself. Only our visit and my wife ate something. You shouldn't bring your personal problems to work. Just a bad day? Hopefully the saleswoman was friendly to all other customers. Of course we will try again. If that happens to me again, we will have breakfast somewhere else in the future ... There are always four or five of us, apparently you can easily do without this turnover. Thank goodness there are enough alternatives. This is how you lose long-term customers. Keep it up...

We have visited the bread house often, but has changed in the friendliness to the customers and the cleanliness a lot in the bread house, and the baked goods have become extremely expensive! We went for breakfast in the bread house, but all the tables, some chairs and the windowsill were full of breadcrumbs. So we had to take care of ourselves for a clean table. It is also very stuffy and warm, although fans are present but they are not turned on. In addition, the waiting time of about 30 minutes for a few eggs, rolls and coffee are extremely long if you also have children with you! I took a few vacation pictures, but I was not exactly polite, rather flippantly pointed out by the store manager, that no photos are allowed here. PS: Nowhere do signs hang that you are not allowed to take pictures! CONCLUSION: Thank you but that was our last visit to the bread house! Luckily, there are several bakers just around the corner with nicer staff and better prices. The coffee and cleanliness is also much better with the competition as we have noticed.

Especially nice if you can eat your coffee and snacks outside. The interior is nice but not really clean. The bakery products are good, especially the big wood oven bread.
